Representing developers, landlords, and tenants with site selection and leasing of new and existing spaces.
Tenants
- Consult and advise tenants on location roll-out strategy including but not limited to broader geographic regions, states, and specific markets.
- Work in conjunction with tenant’s real estate department to research, analyze, and determine optimal trade areas.
- Assist tenants with site selection in specific states, cities, and trade areas.
Landlords & Developers
- Consult and advise developers regarding site selection including but not limited to trade area and tenant-void analyses.
- Represent developers in acquiring targeted properties.
- Assist developers and landlords in the leasing of new and existing properties including tenant and lease analysis, marketing, and negotiation.
